Noel Hedgecock started Dean Street Advisors in April 2026 after deciding it was time to build something for himself. Having spent his career as a management consultant, customer success leader, and sales executive, he is uniquely positioned to help diverse organizations create real value.
Noel started his career at Accenture in 1998 and quickly embedded himself in the retail/CPG practice, working for clients like Walgreens, Toys R Us, Esprit, Saks Department Store Group, and Gap Inc. In this capacity, Noel led various value-based engagements focused on driving incremental revenue as well as transformational programs related to forecasting, merchandising, and assortment planning. After an eight-year run at Accenture, Noel joined North Highland as a Principal out of their Philadelphia office. There he served clients such as Godiva Chocolatier, AmerisourceBergen, Coach, AstraZeneca, and Synthes; branching out to develop industry acumen in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and wholesale distribution. Additionly, his penchant for sales began at North Highland because every consultant was responsible for “eating what they killed.” In 2010, Noel joined eBay Enterprise (formerly GSI Commerce) and ran client services for the Metro Division covering clients such as Ralph Lauren, Toys R Us, Bath & Body Works, Diesel, Marc Jacobs, and dozens more. At eBay Enterprise, an end-to-end ecommerce business process outsourcer, Noel developed his depth in ecommerce by helping customers drive value across all operational pillars: website, marketing, fulfillment, and customer service.
In 2014, Noel decided that it was time for a career pivot. After spending 16 years in services oriented roles, he wanted to move into a full-fledged sales role at a growing technology company. This brought him to Hybris, an ecommerce technology platform provider, which was ultimately acquired by SAP. Noel spent several years as an individual contributor, closing six-and seven-figure deals at companies like Foot Locker and PepsiCo. As a result of his success, he quickly rose to VP of Sales and managed a team of sellers in the East for several years. Covetrus, Barnes & Noble Education, Henry Schein, and Zoetis were among the clients Noel served as he broadened his industry exposure and expertise. Over the past 5+ years, Noel has held sales leadership positions at Optimizely, Bold Commerce, and Contentful. In these roles, Noel has influenced or owned the transformation of each organization’s sales strategy from operations to incentive compensation plans. Participating as a sales leader in a very large organization like SAP and operating as a Chief Revenue Officer for a scale-up company such as Bold Commerce has afforded Noel the opportunity to see “what good looks like” in a variety of environments. He takes this vast knowledge, along with a variety of proven frameworks and methodologies, with him to every engagement and applies it in a practical way that makes sense for his clients.
Noel lives in wonderful West Chester, PA with his lovely wife and four fabulous children. This location in the Northeast corridor is ideal, providing Noel with easy access to Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and Boston and 45 minutes from the airport and access to the rest of the world.
